The weekend is almost here!
In case you do not have the pleasure of living in a Mexican beach side town I'll give you some tips on how you too can enjoy the feel of a wild and wonderful Mexican weekend. Ready? Here we go .........
Idea #1. Bring a load of sand into a room of your house - set up a sun umbrella, bring out the plastic pails and shovels, and fill a cooler full of cold drinks. Enjoy - you will be the envy of all your friends.
Idea #2. Turn the heat way up in your house or apartment - put on your shorts and tank top - use a hand held fan - maybe one that squirts water. For extra fun sit by the window and look out at your neighbors in sweaters or the people in their winter coats going by on the road and wave at them as you fan yourself.
Idea #3. Cook Mexican - find Mexican cookbooks and then scour the town for all the ingredients you need for these special dishes - make a lot of mess with the ingredients and dirty all the pots and pans - and then decide you are too tired to cook and order pizza - just like I do!
