I am not complaining at all because I love our bananas and my husband has discovered that by cutting a few off a batch at a time and hanging them separately we can control the ripening process a certain amount.
I am particularly delighted as it gives us bananas for many different delights. We have some for the freezer so we can whir delicious breakfast drinks, for banana bread, for banana cream pies, for muffins and of course for banana pancakes.
Feel free to share any banana recipes that you enjoy as more are coming ripe as I type this.
Enjoy the Adventure! Suzanne

My mom makes traditional banana chips at home.
Chop the bananas thinly .
Add a little turmeric powder for color .
Add some salt for taste.
Fry it in hot coconut oil until it becomes crispy.
Its really tasty and the smell is also gracious
Thanks Abhi! Sounds yummy. I love the crispy banana chips you can buy here in Mexico. Thanks to you now I know how to make them!
